christmas spritz cookies on a tree platter

Christmas Spritz Cookies

Christmas spritz cookies are the epitome of the holidays at my Grandma's house. These tiny, bite-size cookies are SUPER cute, and the almond extract gives them a nice, subtle flavor to complement the buttery sweetness of the cookies. Pressed into a festive shape and topped with some sprinkles, these are the cutest addition to your Christmas cookie platter.
