Monster Cookies

Ooey gooey, abounding with flavor, and so comforting, these monster cookies are the perfect balance of chewy and gooey. With a lot of pantry staples baked into this bite, these cookies will remind you of home.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup butter room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoon milk room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups peanut butter
  • 4 ½ cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces

Instructions
 

Prepare.

  • Preheat the oven to 350.

Make the Batter.

  • With a hand or stand mixer, cream together butter and sugar for 3-4 minutes on medium speed until fluffy.
  • Add eggs, vanilla, baking soda, milk, and salt.
  • Stir in peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chips, Reese's Pieces, and M&Ms.

Bake.

  • Spoon about a tablespoon of dough per cookie onto a cookie sheet. Fit 12 cookies per cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, until flat and slightly golden on the edge of the cookies.
  • Allow to cool slightly, then devour.

Notes

Storage: Store these in an airtight container or ziplock on the counter for up to 3 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
